I am humbled by and grateful for the opportunity to provide therapeutic support for those brave enough to say, “I need help.” In my counseling office you can expect to be welcomed with deep levels of empathy and genuine care. I'm committed to providing a healing space where clients feel consistently valued, accepted and heard. I'm strengths-based, trauma-informed, and love to provide holistic approaches that support your mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy working with all populations but am often drawn to teens, young adults, new mama's, or those in people helping professions (teachers, therapists, human services, etc.).
